PRO SR3
Championship leader Chris Lulham holds a commanding 61-point lead over his Valour Racing teammate Luke Hilton, having won eight of the nine races so far. Hilton, despite facing a series of penalties that dropped him from third to sixth in the final race at Oulton Park, has six second-place finishes and a win at Snetterton under his belt.
DW Racing’s Oscar Joyce, who secured a second place at Snetterton and a third at Oulton, currently holds a three-point advantage over RSR’s John Macleod in the overall standings. Macleod, with two third-place finishes and three wins in the Fangio Trophy, leads this category.
Peter Tyler from DW Racing and Jason Rishover from 360 Competition are Macleod’s closest competitors in both the overall standings and the Fangio Trophy. Rishover has achieved podium finishes with a second place at Oulton and third places at Donington and Snetterton, while Tyler has secured third places at both Snetterton and Oulton.
Chris Preen, who missed the Oulton rounds, has slipped to seventh in the standings but is back this weekend with hopes of matching his third-place finish from round three at Snetterton. Former Bentley CEO Adrian Hallmark also returns after recovering from knee surgery, looking to gain more experience in his first season of car racing with North Motorsport.
Valour's Kristian Brookes, Jack Yang, and Rob Greenwood also make their return. Brookes had a strong start with second and third places at Donington but missed Snetterton and Oulton due to his studies. Yang, having raced Radicals in the US and the Gulf, debuted in the UK at Snetterton with a best finish of sixth in round three, and Greenwood, who joined SR3 last season, competed in the Donington rounds earlier this year.
Amir Feyzulin and Alim Geshev re-join the grid with 360 Competition. Both are seasoned Gulf Championship racers with previous UK Championship experience. Feyzulin also competed in last season’s World Finals.
Adrien Girad will be behind the wheel of the Radical France SR3 entry, returning to his racing roots from his Formula Ford days. Completing the line-up is Ryan Lindsay in the works Development car.
PRO SR1
Though only two SR1s are competing this weekend, they are the top title contenders. DW Racing’s Sam Shaw leads the points by 52 over Marcus Littlewood's family-run car. Shaw has maintained the advantage in all but two rounds, while Littlewood has faced two retirements due to technical issues.
Platinum Class
Works Development driver James Pinkerton, who has already been out in the Championship a number of times this season in the Development SR3 will be out in the Development SR10.
Qualifying is set for Saturday at 16:15 CEST, with all three races taking place on Sunday at 9:00 CEST, 10:55 CEST, and 14:35 CEST. Fans can watch the races live on the Radical YouTube channel.
