Over 20 drivers from six different countries will be competing across three races, showcasing a diverse field and a wide range of talent on the grid.
The link between Zandvoort and motorsport goes back to the late 1930s when motorsport aficionados decided to organise a competition in Zandvoort. The circuit is known as a true ‘Old School’ circuit, with fast and challenging curves formed by the natural dunes.
At a length of 4.3 kilometres, the track was upgraded to FIA Grade 1 standards in time for the Dutch Grand Prix in 2021. The highly challenging circuit features 14 corners and meets the highest standards whilst maintaining the unique character that makes Circuit Zandvoort stand out.
Circuit Zandvoort is not only known for its legendary races and fantastic atmosphere. It is also known for its unique location. Located 35km west of Amsterdam and a stone’s throw away from the beach, Circuit Zandvoort is a delight to visit for every motorsport fan.
The championship is open to all Radical racers with arrive and drive packages still available, contact us here if you are interested.
There are four Radical Exclusive test sessions across two days, with a 25-minute qualifying session on Saturday and two 25-minute Sprint Races and a 50-minute Endurance Race on Sunday. Hospitality is available in the garages on Thursday and Friday and in an F1 hospitality suite on the Saturday and Sunday.
Marcus Littlewood will arrive at Circuit Zandvoort after a clean sweep of victories at Snetterton. The RSR driver extended his stunning record to eight wins from nine races, fending off consistent pressure from rivals and managing changing track conditions with a composed drive across both Sprint Races and the Endurance contest.
Hamish Forrest continues to be Littlewood’s most persistent challenger. The Radical Racing Rebels driver claimed three second-place finishes. Among the standout performers from Snetterton was Rachel Robertson, who delivered one of her strongest weekends of the season so far. The Radical Racing Rebels scholarship winner showed impressive adaptability and race craft, claiming a hard-fought third place in the opening sprint race.
John MacLeod also showed promise throughout the weekend, regularly mixing it with the lead group. Elsewhere, the midfield provided no shortage of action. Andy Lowe, Jack Yang, and Jake Willamson were also locked in intense battles.
Joining the championship for the first time this season will also be 2024 SR3 runner-up Oscar Joyce, in his first race back since becoming Vice- World Champion in Yas Marina last November.
As the championship enters its second half, all eyes turn to the Netherlands to see whether anyone can break Littlewood's domination on the standings.
