The Fine Cut Radical Cup UK returns to the MSVR paddock in 2025, delivering high-speed action on the UK's best Grand Prix circuits, along with an exciting summer round at Circuit Zandvoort. This season, the championship focuses solely on the SR3 model, with two-driver teams introduced to make racing more accessible and cost-effective.

Radical's latest SR3 XXR will take centre stage, alongside its predecessors - the SR3 RSX and SR3 XX- ensuring competitive racing across multiple generations of this iconic model.

A major highlight for 2025 is the championships new title sponsorship - Fine Cut. Having long supported Radical Motorsport by producing race trophies and precision-cut components, their commitment strengthens the championship's prestige. We have also partnered with Wera Tools to support the next generation of racers, selecting drivers from the Wera Tools British Karting Championship to compete in this year's championship. This season also welcomes drivers from Radical's global "Race the World" programme, including Jack Yang and Andy Lowe, who race across multiple Radical Cup Championships worldwide.

Marcus Littlewood continues to lead the championship after claiming both sprint race victories, but his unbeaten run ended in the endurance race, where a pit stop success penalty opened the door for 2020 runner-up Shane Stoney to take a dominant win on his return with Valour Racing. Hamish Forrest continues to build momentum for Radical Racing Rebels, scoring another two podiums.

Further down the order, the competition remains fierce. Valour’s Jack Yang showed front-running pace in qualifying before misfortune struck in Race 1. John Macleod (RSR) impressed with another Fangio Trophy win, while Rachel Robertson claimed a superb third in the endurance race. Andy Lowe (360 Competition) showed speed but was hindered by incidents. DW Racing’s Alex Fisher battled through a turbulent weekend.

The Snetterton round also welcomes a quartet of new and returning faces. RSR have two new drivers joining them for the remaining rounds with Pata Maxus Yamaha Crescent Racing World Superbike Team Principal and regular Radical racer Paul Denning racing at Snetterton, Silverstone and Donington. A new face to Radical is American driver Jake Williamson who also joins the team ahead of the Snetterton round. We also have Flame Airikkala returning to the grid as a solo entry after a team entry at Donington gave her a taste of Radical racing. Adding to the Snetterton paddock will be two drivers from Racing Women joining the Radical Factory team, Austrian TCR driver Jorden Dolischka and Ireland’s Laura O’Connell.

Qualifying is on Saturday morning for 25-minute from 11.25, with Sprint Race 1 at 14.55. There are then two races on Sunday, Sprint Race 1 at 10.45 and the 50-minute Endurance Race at 14.05.

For those interested in participating, a range of arrive and drive packages are available throughout the season. These packages are offered by experienced teams in the paddock, and details can be found on the Radical Cup UK website - radicalcup.uk
